• 24-hour laundry: 30,000 VND
• 3–6 hours laundry: 40,000 VND
• 2-hour laundry: 50,000 VND
• Wash–dry–fold: 60,000 VND
• Stain removal: price depends on garment condition
• White clothes: 40,000 VND/kg
• Machine wash & machine dry
• Hand wash (please note for the shop)
• Sun drying (please note for the shop)
• Low-temperature drying at 30°C
5. Delivery
• Free delivery within 5 km radius of Tam Coc center. Outside Tam Coc: 10,000 VND/km or negotiable price
• Orders under 5 kg: 15,000 VND pickup fee within Tam Coc center (return delivery free). Outside Tam Coc: 10,000 VND/km

6. Process
Orders are sorted and categorized, with notes according to customer requests. Clothes are washed with cool water, dried at 60°C, neatly folded into plastic bags, and returned to customers.
